We collect only what is essential to execute a cleaning service and process your inquiry. No analytics that profile your behavior. No selling your data to third parties. Your information is a temporary tool for a specific task—once the job is done and the warranty period passes, we schedule its secure deletion.
This policy applies to information collected through our website, booking forms, and direct client correspondence. It is written in plain language, but it is also a binding document. Our office manager in Prague 2 is the designated point of contact for any questions or requests regarding your data.
The Mechanism
What We Collect, and Why
Direct Inquiry Data
When you request a quote or book a service, we collect the basics: Name, Email, Phone, and Service Address. This is non-negotiable; we cannot schedule a team without a location and a way to contact you. Your phone number is used solely for operational coordination—typically a single confirmation call 24 hours prior to service. We retain this data for two years to honor our service warranty and provide accurate invoices.
Site Interaction Data
Our website uses a single, functional cookie essential for the booking form to operate correctly. It stores no personal data, only a session ID. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any advertising tracking. Your visit is private. Server logs may retain your IP address for security monitoring (DDoS protection) and are automatically purged after 30 days.
Service-Specific Context
For specialized jobs (e.g., post-construction, pet-friendly deep cleans), you may provide additional notes. These notes are stored under the same service record, encrypted at rest. We use this context only to dispatch the right equipment and chemicals. After the service warranty period (14 days for standard, 30 days for deep cleans), all notes are anonymized and archived for quality trend analysis only.
In practice, this means you can request a quote with full confidence that your address won't be resold to movers or realtors. Your cleaner will have your address and specific notes, and that’s it. No data brokers, no newsletters you didn’t ask for, no algorithmic profiles. It’s a service transaction, not a data harvesting operation.

The Right to Erasure
Request we delete your personal data. We will comply within 14 days, except where we are legally required to retain it (e.g., for tax purposes, invoices must be kept for 7 years under Czech law).
The Right to Access
Request a copy of all data we hold on you. We will provide a structured export (JSON/CSV) within 30 days.

Practical Example
Scenario: You move from Praha 2 to Brno and want your old address removed from our active client list.
Process: You email us. We verify the last booking date and phone number. We move your record to the archive folder (required for tax law) and remove your name from the active scheduling spreadsheet. You receive a confirmation. Your data is no longer in our operational systems.

Third-Party Processors
We only share data with essential service providers who process it on our behalf, under strict data processing agreements.
Web Hosting
Server-side only. No visitor data is stored on the host. Based in EU.
Email Communication
For sending quotes and confirmations. We use a provider that processes data in Germany (GDPR compliant).
Infrastructure Security
Our systems are hardened against unauthorized access. All databases are encrypted at rest. Access to client data is strictly role-based (only office manager and backup). Logins are monitored.

Privacy in Practice: Constraints & Trade-offs
Scenario: The Pet Owner
Constraint: Must use only "pet-safe" chemicals, and the cleaner needs to know about a cat litter box in the corner.
Privacy Trade-off: We store the "pet-safe" flag and location of the litter box under your address profile. This is retained until you move or request deletion. It is not shared with third parties.
Scenario: The Sensitive Office
Constraint: After-hours cleaning for a law firm with confidential documents.
Privacy Trade-off: We require a signed NDA on file. Your specific access codes are stored with extreme encryption and are auto-purged from our system 24 hours after the service window closes.
Scenario: The Tax Requirement
Constraint: Czech law requires us to keep all invoices (which include client names and addresses) for 7 years.
Privacy Trade-off: Full erasure is impossible for this legal reason. However, these archived records are kept in a secure, offline ledger with no external access or marketing use.
Jurisdiction & Enforcement
As a Czech-registered company (IČO available upon request), we operate under the principles of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Czech Act No. 110/2019 Sb. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů).
